2026 – Taking part in Potfest in the City – Glasgow

Hannah is a studio potter with a background in textiles and contemporary embroidery. Based in Manchester, her work and personal life has been steeped in a rich textile heritage, this heavily influences her ceramics practice and is a key point of visual reference.

She particularly enjoys forming her own tools and stamps to produce intricate surfaces and objects with a tactile quality.

Applying a slow approach to my method of making, her aim is to create treasured pieces that retain a subtle sense of the maker’s hand.
