Hazel Higham

Taking part in Potfest in the Pens – Penrith (Spring)

I work mainly with local terracotta clay, a white tin glaze, and freehand decoration using oxides, ceramic colours and sometimes wax resist.

I really enjoy throwing on the pottery wheel, even though it is quite hard work sometimes, I find it very relaxing.

My aim is to make pots at a price people can afford and enjoy using.
