2024 – Taking part in Potfest in the Pens – Melton Mowbray

My work is primarily functional. The pieces are handbuilt or thrown, or a combination of the two. Handbuilt pieces are impressed with motifs inspired by my early childhood playing in ditches and building dens and my fascination with the plants and seed heads that I encountered. The work is vapour fired creating unique effects caused by the passage of the flame and vapour.
