2025 – Taking part in Potfest in the Pens – Melton Mowbray

I focus on hand-built ceramic sculpture, inspired by a desire to protect and celebrate the natural world. I like to explore the textural qualities of clay, including imperfections, holes and tears. Then decorate with an impressionistic exploration of colour using a mix of slip, under glaze, oxides and bits of glaze, making each piece unique. I love the whiteness of porcelain and leave pieces mostly unglazed.
