2026 – Taking part in Potfest Suffolk – Haughley Park, Potfest in the Pens – Penrith Autumn and Potfest Scotland – Christmas
Vicky creates hand-built ceramic sculptures of animals and birds, each individually crafted to be completely unique. Her work is finished using a range of surface treatments, including oxides, underglazes, and occasionally lustre or gold leaf, to enhance texture and character.
Inspired by the wildlife and natural beauty of the Cumbrian countryside where she lives, Vicky draws closely on her surroundings for subject matter. Her time working in Tanzania has also strongly influenced her practice, leading to a series of pieces featuring African wildlife and, more recently, human figures that reflect the region’s cultural richness.
