Clare specializes in “stoneware” ceramics – bespoke frostproof planters and sculptures. Designed to compliment their surroundings with flowing organic shapes and colours, her work is characterized by the use of impressed texture and is hand-built using slabs and coils. Each distinctive piece is made slowly, personally and individually. Pinfold Pottery can be found in homes and gardens both here and abroad (including RHS show gardens and events), also selling in galleries, specialist outlets and fairs.
