2026 – Taking part in Potfest Suffolk – Haughley Park and Potfest in the Pens – Penrith Autumn

My ceramic practice centres on the creation of functional yet decorative vessels. Each piece is wheel-thrown with an emphasis on ergonomic, rounded forms, then carefully trimmed to achieve balance and quiet presence when in use or on display.

My glazing is inspired by the contrasting industrial, moorland, and coastal landscapes of the North East coast. Through layered, hand-made surfaces and textures, I build subtle references to these environments, allowing suggestions of landscape to emerge across the ceramic forms.
