I sculpt with clay because it remembers. It holds the imprint of touch, the weight of stories, and the silence between words. My work is rooted in fables and mythology—those ancient, shape-shifting tales that speak to transformation, grief, and the wildness of spirit. I’m drawn to creatures and symbols that live in the margins: bats, serpents, trees, forgotten goddesses. They guide me as I build forms that feel both ritualistic and raw.
Each piece begins as a whisper—a fragment of myth, a mood, a memory—and evolves through slow, intentional making. I hand-build my sculptures to honor the liminal: the space between life and death, rage and tenderness, seen and unseen. Clay allows me to give shape to emotion, to create offerings that speak without needing to explain
