Her work draws inspiration from the coastlines of the UK and Ireland, incorporating subtle textures and natural variations influenced by geology, marine flora and the rhythms of the landscape. Through repeated forms that are never identical, Iona embraces the imperfect repetition found in nature, producing pieces that are both purposeful and richly expressive.
