Mud and Fire Ceramics is a studio that is influenced by the earth beneath our feet.

The instinct to shape a handful of clay is not something that is driven by time or place, but something that is felt universally.

With this influence I work mainly with found ‘wild’  clays, who’s properties impose restrictions and compromises, but I feel gives an honesty to my work.
