2026 – Taking part in Potfest Scotland – Scone Palace and Potfest South West – Shaftesbury
I’m a ceramic artist from India, now living and creating in Dorset. Before clay found me, I spent over a decade working as a holistic counsellor, guiding others toward self-love & acceptance. It was through art therapy that I first touched clay—an encounter that revealed its grounding, transformative nature and the deep sense of presence it invites.
When I moved to the UK, I made the difficult choice to step away from my counselling practice. Yet the desire to hold space for healing & inner connection never left me—it simply found new form in clay. From my home studio, I create quiet, contemplative vessels that speak to stillness and wholeness. I’m especially drawn to the circle, a sacred symbol shared across cultures. In Sanskrit, mandala means “circle”—a reflection of both the universe & the self.
Each piece begins with this form & unfolds intuitively through carving, layering, and mark-making. Some designs spiral inward, tracing the journey back to the soul, while others radiate outward, embodying light and awareness expanding into the world.
Through clay, I tell quiet stories of healing and transformation—of softness & strength, of remembering & returning to oneself, whole & complete.
